When preparing your order, please refer to the following order guidelines

1.     Group together your variety of media types to be used in the show.  You can sort and place in the order you wish or let me do the work to organize and sort everything into a production you are guaranteed to love.

2.     Include the CD (s) containing the song (s) you would like included in your production.  Please note the song name and track number on each CD.


3.     Complete and Print the Order Form. Include this form in the packet sent to Flashback Digital Video. You can type all information in the Excel version.

                      


4.     Mail Forms and all media to be included in the production to:

5.     I will contact you the day your order arrives at Flashback Digital Video.  We will have a short discussion regarding your production and review the style sheet.  I will then be able to give you an approximate completion date for your project.


6.     When the project is completed, I will e-mail you an invoice through PayPal.  When I receive the payment in the FDV PayPal account, your project will be shipped.
